Spantherm is an insulated precast concrete flooring system designed specifically for residential and commercial ground floors. By producing high performance insulated structural concrete units off-site we have redefined the speed of installing a fully insulated ground floor.

This is the next generation of structural flooring systems with outstanding thermal performance, designed as the efficient alternative to labour intensive beam and block installations.

Spantherm is delivered on-site and installed in minutes regardless of weather conditions, using a lorry with a claw arm to lift and place the units. Once the units are all installed, and grouted, they are ready for follow on trades.

The thermal performance provided by Spantherm is superior to other traditional methods and it is cost effective as it eliminates variances and on-site waste.
